流程如下：
1：LINE帳號綁定FB
2：拔掉 SIM 卡，使用WiFi 上網，進飛航模式
3：VPN到國外
例如：透過 OpenVPN ＋ Japan VPN 連到日本（或其他國家）
4：重新安裝LINE APP
5：在LINE APP 點選「用戶登入」，透過 Facebook 帳號登入為LINE用戶

Q：跨區日本下載貼圖成功下載了，可是變成台灣的免費貼圖好像沒辦法下載。
A：插回Sim 卡，在台灣的網路環境下，重裝 LINE APP，透過 Facebook 登入 LINE，就會回到台灣。

沒有拔sim卡，之前不用拔，只需要綁FB,連VPN後點國外貼圖連結即可。目前這個方法好像失效了。
