之前心血來潮弄了一個 domain name，反正所有費用加一加 1年才 12美金（約台幣 350左右），但是都沒在用，就沒有去續約，domain name 就過期了，其他人都可以去申請。
最近查看Email裡「廣告信」的資料夾發現居然有人寫程式來買別人「忘了續約」的 domain name，來勒索別人，好惡劣！但「實現」世界裡的遊戲規則就是這樣子。
這個網站很討人厭，把地址寫成：PROVINCE OF China 而不是 Republic Of China。PROVINCE /pr’ɑvəns/ 意思是台灣是中國的一個省。
結論：如果是重的domain name 記得要去續約，應該排程定時去檢查看看過期沒，雖然賣 domain name 的網站也會很「熱心」地提醒我們快過期，快來付錢，一收到提醒的信就應該快點去續約。
